During our Virtual Pasta making class we guide you step by step from start to finish.

The event lasts about 2.5 hours and it is totally interactive: questions are more than welcome! We make Pasta from scratch and you end the session with 4 portions of fresh pasta ready-to-cook or ready-to-eat if you choose the Italian Experience- pasta&sauce.

ZOOM link,  ingredient/equipment lists provided in advance (no pasta machines needed). At this time we don’t ship materials. We can accommodate particular dietary requirements.

A. The Italian Experience – PASTA & SAUCE

You make pasta along with us from scratch and a sauce to pair with it. We guide you step by step from cracking the eggs to the final plating.

B. Pasta making class – ONLY PASTA (suggested for kids)

You make pasta along with us from scratch and we leave you the instructions to store it and/or cook it. No sauce. (Egg-free pasta class option available).

Virtual Team Building

Connect with your remote team through food

Our mission is to create and deliver delicious, fun, interactive, imaginative live, virtual pasta-making classes and pasta-making experiences for company and team gatherings.

How? Teams enjoy getting to know each other outside of the work environment, especially during mandatory work-from home policies or COVID-19 quarantine. Refresh a sense of camaraderie for teams that have a history of working together. Provides a strong team foundation for new teams.

What we offer? Powered by ZOOM, we guide you through a virtual trip to Italy making pasta from scratch, from mixing the ingredients to shape the dough. We make a 100% Italian pairing sauce. At the end of the experience you’ll have the opportunity to virtually enjoy your bowl of pasta with the others attendants.

Included: recipe, list of ingredients and equipment each participant needs to have on hand, lots of fun and as many questions as you want! All equipment is simple kitchen tools most participants will already have on hand (cutting board, knife, etc.). We can accommodate particular dietary requirements.

Duration:  2.5 Hours

Minimum required: 10 attendants
