Camps

We’re making delicious Homemade Pasta all summer long and winter too! Each week is focused on a different fun theme and a variety of skill sets will be taught. For more information on each theme, see below.

Our themes are created for ages 4-10 and has each recipes that vary difficulty with each lesson. Our proposals are designated from time to time based on the curriculum followed by the teachers, on the characteristics of the group respecting the age, senses and motor and manual skills of the group.

Our workshops are 2 hours long for group of 10/12 kids.
Kids follow a recipe and use math skills measuring the amount of each ingredient with measuring cups. They make the own dough from scratch on the provided “kneading station” (one for each) and they take at home the pasta just made in a box along with a recipe for the pairing sauce to enjoy with the family.

Our program offers 4 themed pasta making workshop (one for week) leaded by two instructors who provide step-by-step, age appropriate, hands-on instruction for each kid. Our recipes and our ingredients are rooted in the Italian and Mediterranean food tradition, with particular attention to bring kids closer to veggies they usually wouldn’t eat (beets to make a pink dough and spinach for the green one, for example).
